It covers three guided regimens — the Joe Tippens fenbendazole protocol, the Dr. Makis / ISOM ivermectin + fenbendazole tiers, and the Marik 5-axis cycle — plus four single agents: fenbendazole, ivermectin, methylene blue and mebendazole. Each mode shows the dose, schedule, a safety read and a monitoring plan.
How does the calculator convert a per-kilogram dose into a daily dose?
You enter a body weight and unit (kg or lb); the tool multiplies the protocol’s published mg/kg figure by that weight to produce a daily milligram amount, rounds it, and displays it on a gauge with a colour-coded safety zone. Ivermectin and methylene blue are weight-based; fenbendazole uses fixed 222 mg increments.
What fenbendazole dose does the Joe Tippens protocol use?
The Joe Tippens protocol keeps fenbendazole at 222 mg per day taken 3 days on and 4 days off, layered with curcumin, vitamin E and CBD as daily support. The calculator reproduces this rhythm on a calendar. These figures come from anecdotal reports, not approved medical guidance.
What doses does the Makis / ISOM protocol combine?
The Makis / ISOM framework pairs ivermectin (roughly 0.5–1.75 mg/kg/day depending on tier) with fenbendazole (222–666 mg/day), dosed on a 6-days-on / 1-off or 3×-weekly rhythm. The calculator offers Prevention, Standard and Aggressive presets plus fully custom sliders for each agent.
Are fenbendazole, ivermectin, methylene blue or mebendazole approved to treat cancer?
